Learning styles are visual, auditory, reading or kinesthetic. The theory would be that people have a favorite learning style across all domains.

People actually don't have a learning style.

Instead the best style is the one adapted to the topic being taught: music needs to have an auditory component, geography a visual one. Multi-sensory teaching also seems to work better
