There are two types of environments:
- kind, where rules are clear, outcomes can be expected
- wicked, where rules are not defined, outcomes are hard to predict
Kind environments are environments such as sports, where rules are defined.
Most of the real world is wicked, where rules are complex and hard to understand ; and experience doesn't necessarily help a lot in novel situations.
