Everyone has a different growth trajectory. But generally speaking they can be grouped in 3 categories:
- Superstars: people in a high growth trajectory who will progress rapidly and aim at the next promotion
- Rockstars: people who like what they're doing and just care about getting better at their craft
- Others: people who aren't growing particularly or are on a negative trajectory. It might be that they need a different job or specialty.
