• Use engineers only to code

Apply principles:

• Deal with risks
• Collaborate in all phases
• PM = solve the problem.

Use teams that comprise a pm, a designer, and 2-12 devs. No hierarchy between product, design and eng.

PM need to be respected by team. Need tech, business and customer knowledge.

Discovery = answer questions around whether it can be built, will it get bought, does it have support from stakeholders, will customer understand how to use it.
