Trust is built on trust (delegate something fully and help through it, build relationships, + when your manager asks you something do it to the best of your ability to gain their trust.)
Always take a step back to consider the situation and context
Don't let the ego run wild, you don't need to always be the center of attention, and it's actually detrimental.
