Ideas
Create options and keep them opened as long as possible. Prioritize the backlog in a way that makes the software valuable to the customer as soon as possible. Added features are less and less valuable. From there it becomes a business decision when to stop development, and control the scope of what is being delivered.
Scope-control is an efficient way of managing delivery when time is a constraint.
