A chicken and a pig are discussing. The chicken proposes to open a restaurant ; "Ham and Eggs". The pig refuses, because the chicken would only be involved, the pig would be committed.

In business matters, there are chickens: people who are only involved, benefit from it and provide some input but not the core of the matter, and not at a high cost for them. And there are pigs: people who actually are actually committed, have to sacrifice a high cost to provide the matter, and are accountable for the success.

When you're only a chicken, try not to harass the pig.
